What happens after you contact us?
After you contact us, we will send you a confirmation email and ask you to reply to it to confirm your request. Once we receive your confirmation, we will delete your account and data from our app and servers within 30 days. You will receive another email when your account deletion is complete.
What data will be deleted?
When you delete your account, we will delete all the data associated with your account, such as:
● Your profile information, such as your name, email, photo, and preferences.
● Your activity history, such as your comments, likes, bookmarks, and ratings.
● Your subscription and payment information, if any.
How to restore your account?
If you change your mind and want to restore your account, you will need to contact us again within 30 days of your account deletion request. After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
